Современный взгляд на эффективность и безопасность нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов

Аннотация
Вопросы эффективности и безопасности лекарственных препаратов в настоящее время остаются актуальными и дискуссионными. Польза и риски от лекарственной терапии — две грани одного целого, именуемого фармакотерапия, и могут обернуться нежелательной стороной и даже перевесить пользу с большим отрицательным значением. Эффективность и безопасность лекарственных препаратов требует серьезного изучения еще и потому, что появляется возможность обнаружить новые эффекты препаратов и раскрыть новые механизмы для незарегистрированных показаний и в то же время глубокое понимание нежелательных лекарственных реакций позволит более корректно назначать препараты и осуществлять должный врачебный контроль над терапией. Нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты являются препаратами безрецептурного отпуска и воспринимаются широким кругом пациентов как безопасные, не требующие назначения врача, что может быть причиной опасных лекарственных реакций, особенно при бесконтрольном их применении. В обзоре представлены литературные данные исследований эффективности нестероидных противовоспалительных средств и современные данные о новых терапевтических эффектах отдельных препаратов, а также риски нежелательных реакций, их механизмы и способы коррекции.
