Влияние гипероксии и гипоксии на адаптацию при мышечной работе

Аннотация
В настоящем кратком обзоре излагается мнение об использовании гипероксии (ГО) в спортивной тренировке, которая в последние годы рекомендуется некоторыми авторами для повышения специальной работоспособности спортсменов. При этом надежных знаний о физиологических механизмах, которые обеспечивают рост класса спортсмена при многолетней тренировке в условиях ГО, нет. В то же время в течение последнего полувека спортивные результаты в видах спорта «на выносливость» выросли необычайно благодаря применению естественной и искусственной гипоксии в тренировочном процессе многих видов спорта. Для сопоставления воздействию ГО дается краткое изложение механизмов долговременной адаптации в условиях гипоксии при мышечной работе и подчеркивается, что перспективность поиска путей регулярного использования ГО с целью увеличения спортивных результатов весьма сомнительна.
