Abstract
Ultrastructural features of bone marrow stromal cells in severe aplastic anemia have been studied in 48 bone marrow biopsies. The pathological intranuclear inclusions having of viral nature were found in these cells. It was supposed that the key pathogenetic factor of severe aplastic anemia haemopoietic disturbances can be virus influence of hemopoietic microenvironment.
