Аннотация
Недостаток сна, который в современном мире приобретает «эпидемический» характер, нарушает нормальную функцию систем и органов человека. Знания в области физиологии сна и влияния его недостатка на организм за последние годы расширились, что позволяет по-новому оценить масштаб и глубину проблемы. В обзоре обобщены современные представления о влиянии недостатка сна на хронические заболевания и патологические процессы с учетом различных систем организма. Проанализированы исследования последнего времени, раскрывающие негативное влияние недостатка сна на течение различных заболеваний. Использование новых знаний о влиянии сна на здоровье человека и последствиях при его недостатке открывает дополнительные возможности в экспериментальной и клинической работе. Представленные в настоящем обзоре современные данные могут активно применяться в диагностике и терапии в рамках интегративной медицины.
