Динамика возрастных структурно-функциональных изменений мозга больных расстройствами аутистического спектра

Аннотация
В обзоре отражены современные сведения о дизонтогенезе мозга больных расстройствами аутистического спектра. Представлены особенности этапов возрастных нарушений структуры и функционального состояния мозга таких пациентов. Наряду с описанием дефектов морфофункциональной организации мозга акцентировано внимание на индивидуальных различиях таких нарушений, что обусловливает гетерогенность клинических проявлений заболевания.
