The journal was founded in 2007 as a scientific and analytical journal “Bulletin of the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law” (2007-2022).

Founder of the journal and Chairman of the Editorial Board: Asadov Ali Mamedovich, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Rector of the Ural University - Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law.

Since 2023 the journal is published with a new name “Bulletin of Economics, Management and Law”.
