The logic of speech as the basis of rhetorical codes to logos: a didactic aspect

the article is written in the context of rhetorical and didactic orientation. The notion of rhetorical code oriented to the sensual perception of speech can be realised in the categories of pathos, logos, ethos. Rhetorical codes to logos require a certain strategy of information processing by the actor and decoding by the recipient. The basis of the code is conditioned by the methods of detailing in the description of the problem, concretisation of data, comparison, contrast and contrast of facts, analogy. Specific expression of rhetorical signs is represented by words used in objective meaning, appropriate use of proper names, numerals, subordinating conjunctions. The combination of signs is realised in the structure of complex sentences. Deviation from the requirements of logicality leads to the distortion of the code matrix of an utterance. The paper emphasises that the formation and decoding of codes to logos is an unconditional task in mastering communicative skills. The development of practical tasks on speech culture, stylistics, aimed at identifying errors caused by the violation of logicality of speech is presented. The Kolb’s cycle – a model of learning that helps to quickly form the necessary skill through practice – has become widespread in training. The structural elements of the method are experience, analysis, theory, practice, experience.
