Registration and login are required for submitting items online, and for checking the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

The editorial board of the journal accepts articles with a volume of up to 1 pp (up to 40 thousand characters with spaces). The materials are provided in electronic form (by e-mail). The article is accompanied by an abstract and a list of keywords in Russian and English.

Completeness of materials submitted for publication in the journal:

the manuscript of the article,

the author's questionnaire.

The minimum recommended length of the article is from 7 pages.

Basic requirements for the materials under consideration:

Matching the topic area.

Text originality: at least 70%.

At least 10 sources in the list of references.

Availability of contact information and questionnaires of all co-authors.

The text of a scientific article should be strictly formatted according to the following requirements:

Microsoft Word text editor.

The format is A4.

The margins are 2 cm on all sides.

The font is Times New Roman.

Font size – 12

The line spacing is 1.

The indentation is 1.25.

The orientation is portrait, without page alignment, without hyphenation.

The formula editor is a Microsoft Office package (MathType).

Graphs, tables, and figures are in black and white, without color fill, and hatching is allowed.

If your work was funded by a grant or any program, indicate this with a footnote after the title of the article. For example:

The research was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Lipetsk Region administration as part of the scientific project No. 18-410-480004.

ABSTRACT of the ARTICLE in Russian (in italics). The abstract should be at least 150 words long. The abstract should disclose the content of the article, that is, briefly substantiate the relevance of the chosen topic, the context of the problem; the purpose and objectives of the study; the methods used in the research process; the results obtained by the author and the scope of their application.

KEYWORDS (in italics, at least 5-7).

THE TEXT OF THE ARTICLE is aligned in width.

The authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and originality of the information provided in the manuscript. All manuscripts are checked for borrowings in the Anti-Plagiarism system. The originality of the manuscript must be at least 70%, otherwise the manuscript will be returned without the right to publish. If copyright infringement or plagiarism is detected, the published articles will be retracted in accordance with the COPE rules.

The manuscripts are not returned. The authors cannot claim a fee. The authors have the right to use the materials of the journal in their subsequent publications, provided that a link is made to the publication in the journal "Issues of Sectoral Economics".

The editorial board reserves the right not to include articles in the journal that do not meet the requirements (including the length of the text, the design of tables and illustrations).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • The text should contain links to all the sources in the list.

    REFERENCES are made in accordance with the national standard of the Russian Federation GOST R 7.0.5–2008 "Bibliographic reference".

    In the text of the article, references are drawn up according to the following pattern: [1, p. 195], [4], [3, p. 20; 7, p. 68], [8, d. 143, l. 8].

    THE LIST OF SOURCES is given in alphabetical order in the form of a numbered list. All sources, including foreign ones, are issued in accordance with (GOST R 7.0.7-2021). For all publications in the list of sources that have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), it must be specified. The list of sources must be followed by References.

    REFERENCES List of sources in English (References) – a combination of transliterated and English-language parts of Russian-language references.

  • Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

    Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

    Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

    Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
