Methodological aspects of fostering the moral and volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical training

this article highlights the problem of educating the moral and volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical training. Police work, especially nowadays, is associated with increased emotional and physical stress. The reasons for this are regular changes in the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, systematic changes in legislation, shortage of personnel, increasing complexity of the criminal environment, etc. In these circumstances, it is extremely important that the professional training of police officers meets the needs of modern society and the challenges of the surrounding reality. Along with the numerous professional requirements imposed on an employee of the internal affairs bodies, the requirements for their moral and volitional qualities occupy an important place. The effectiveness of the result of educating the moral and volitional qualities of cadets depends on the correct organization of the educational process, which includes the use of not only established educational methods, but also modern ones that reflect the specifics of professional activity in the context of innovation, including through the use of an interdisciplinary approach. This article analyzes approaches over a 5-year period within the framework of the issue under study. The most effective methods of educating the moral and volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical training have been identified. Based on the analysis, the authors have formulated aspects of the organization of the educational process related to the use of methods and elements of pedagogical technologies for the education of moral and volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical training.
