Abstract
the article discusses the practical importance of studying the anatomical and physiological foundations of choreography in the pedagogy of classical dance. Its relevance and importance of implementation at the present stage of development of choreographic education. An analysis of existing optimal adaptive exercises is carried out, which are important to perform in addition to classical choreography to maintain the physical and mental health of students. Classical dance is the foundation, the basis of all dance styles, which has a profound effect on the physical and psychological state of a person. This is the discipline that must be mastered "from the inside", specifically understanding the algorithm of the skeleton, muscles, and nervous system. Ballet is an art associated with regular physical activity. And the success of students will largely depend on the readiness of the musculoskeletal system, on the readiness of the nervous system. Nowadays, choreographic professional education is moving forward day by day and specialists in this field need to know and take into account the anatomical, physiological and biomechanical patterns of functioning of the locomotor system of their students in a dance class. The purpose of the study is to prove that the study and use of knowledge of the anatomical and physiological foundations of choreography in the pedagogy of classical dance is incredibly important in the profession of a teacher-choreographer. The research methodology is based on the analysis of theoretical provisions, analysis of empirical data, and a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The theoretical basis was information about the anatomy of the human body within the framework of professional choreographic education. The empirical basis was the compilation of a number of exercises for the additional development of students in a classical dance class. Also, as part of the empirical study, a survey was conducted among undergraduate students of the choreography department of the Krasnodar State Institute of Culture. These results of the study can be useful for both teachers-choreographers of amateur choreographic groups, and teachers of secondary vocational and higher choreographic education. Also, the results of the study can serve as a basis for mastering and implementing knowledge of anatomy in professional activities. As a result of studying modern methods of studying and using the anatomical and physiological foundations of choreography in the pedagogy of classical dance, attention was focused on the future professional training of graduates of the higher educational institution of the choreography department. The anatomical, physiological and biomechanical patterns of the functioning of the musculoskeletal system were considered. As a result of the study, a number of exercises were compiled for the additional development of students in the classical dance class. In addition to all of the above, a survey-questionnaire was conducted among students of the higher educational institution. The corresponding conclusions were made, confirming the importance of using knowledge of the anatomical and physiological foundations in teaching classical dance.
