Abstract
the purpose of the study is to determine the value and goal orientations of training specialists in the field of economics. The author of the article sees the need to transform the education system through the introduction of training based on practical skills, critical thinking and innovative potential approach in the education of economists in response to the challenges of the economy of the 21st century. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the formulation of new requirements for training programs and methodological recommendations for their content. The results of the study confirm the relevance of the integration of information and communication technologies, practice-oriented methods and interdisciplinary training of competitive graduates - bachelors of economics.
