Methodology for early detection of compliance violations and risk minimization for international transactions

the relevance of the study is due to the increasing density of external restrictions in international transactions and the increasing frequency of compliance violations, which necessitates the transition from fragmented control procedures to systemic proactive risk management. The aim of the research is to develop a methodology for early detection of compliance violations and minimizing risks for international transactions. Methods: the methodological basis of the research consists of the embedded compliance approach, the principles of conceptual modeling and the system of proactive monitoring of regulatory changes Results: within the framework of the study, the author's scheme is proposed, which includes a sequence of diagnostics, interpretation of signals and multilevel response, as well as a system of weights and priorities of risks that sets the management logic of actions. The results reflect the possibility of reducing the likelihood of law enforcement consequences and increasing the predictability of the fulfillment of international obligations. Conclusions: the integration of compliance mechanisms into business processes makes it possible to increase the resilience of international transactions to external shocks and reduce the costs associated with compliance violations.
