However, like any other industry, it is subject to the influence of various economic and geopolitical factors. In recent years, these factors have had a significant impact on the dynamics of the industry, and understanding their nature and consequences is becoming increasingly relevant for analysts, entrepreneurs, and policy makers. The article considered the economic and geopolitical factors influencing the alcohol industry in Russia. Currency fluctuations, inflation, income levels, and taxation were attributed to economic factors. International sanctions, trade restrictions, and political instability can be attributed to geopolitical factors. The influence of these factors on the alcohol industry in Russia was characterized. According to the results of the study, the directions of solving the problems arising from the influence of economic and geopolitical factors on the alcohol industry in Russia were proposed. Alcohol industry enterprises in Russia need to further adapt to changing conditions and actively use opportunities for growth and development. Despite the challenges, such changes have opened up new opportunities for expanding and strengthening the position of Russian alcohol in the international arena and developing domestic production.
