Оптимизация потребления белка у взрослых при катаболических состояниях: обзор

Аннотация
Белок представляет собой один из ключевых макронутриентов. В связи с этим развитие белковой недостаточности отрицательно сказывается на состоянии здоровья и результатах лечения пациентов. В то же время нормы потребления белка для разных групп больных значительно варьируются. Оптимизация потребления белка в группах риска является актуальной проблемой, поскольку может повлиять на эффективность специализированного лечения, качество жизни и социальный статус пациентов. Цель представленного обзора заключалась в рассмотрении методов коррекции белковой недостаточности у наиболее уязвимых категорий взрослых пациентов: лиц пожилого и старческого возраста, онкологических пациентов и больных в критическом состоянии. Для выполнения поставленной задачи проанализировали публикации в Научной электронной библиотеке (eLibrary.ru) и поисковой системе PubMed за период 2000–2025 гг. Проведённый анализ показал необходимость индивидуального подхода к назначению белка. В обзоре обсудили современные тенденции в назначении нутритивной поддержки для указанных групп пациентов. При недостаточном потреблении белка дополнительное использование высокобелковых энтеральных смесей в качестве добавки к обычному рациону питания может положительно влиять на результаты лечения и качество жизни. В настоящее время большой интерес вызывает сывороточный белок. Его использование демонстрирует многообещающие результаты, особенно в сочетании с омега-3 жирными кислотами. Таким образом, индивидуально подобранный белковый компонент в составе нутритивной поддержки способен улучшить результаты лечения и качество жизни лиц пожилого возраста, онкологических больных и пациентов в критическом состоянии.
