Вьетнамско-российские отношения в новую эпоху: пример расширения сотрудничества формата Юг-Юг в меняющемся мире

Аннотация

В контексте меняющегося мирового порядка в данной статье анализируется и формулируется модель стратегического партнерства между Вьетнамом и Россией в рамках расширенного сотрудничества Юг-Юг, соответствующая повестке дня развития Вьетнама в новую эпоху и современным тенденциям международного сотрудничества. На основе историко-политологического анализа в сочетании с методом case study и обширной библиографии дается оценка вьетнамско-российских отношений на разных этапах истории, ключевых направлений сотрудничества и возможностей его расширения. Исследование показывает, что в основе этих отношений лежат высокий уровень стратегического доверия, стабильные механизмы и значительный потенциал в области возобновляемой энергетики, высоких технологий, цифровой экономики и культурной дипломатии. В авторской модели выделены пять руководящих принципов, разные уровни сотрудничества, приоритетные сектора и практические задачи дальнейшего сближения Вьетнама с Россией как части работы с глобальными стратегическими партнерами на пути расширения сотрудничества Юг-Юг.
