Abstract
At present, the provision of qualified legal assistance is impossible without establishing full trust between the client (confidant) and the attorney. This research is devoted to one of the most relevant aspects related to advocacy – attorney-client privilege. The essence of attorney-client privilege, its concept, content and meaning is analyzed.
