Abstract

as a bowed instrument, the cello requires complex coordination of the left and right hands. In order for the cello to make a beautiful sound, the right hand is especially important in the process of sound production. At the same time, the initial setting of the hand is very important. The article discusses the differences between teaching methods in China and Russia. The subject of this study is the methods of teaching right-handed playing to novice cellists. The purpose of the study is to identify the difference in teaching methods in China and Russia for beginners. To achieve this goal, a number of tasks are solved: 1. The role of fluency with the bow when playing an instrument is indicated, which is reflected in the sound. 2. A number of literary sources have been studied to confirm the author's own observations. Methods of comparative analysis, observation and classification were used. There are many methods of learning to play the cello. From the point of view of the historical development of the cello, they are divided into many schools. China and Russia have some differences in teaching methods, but their common goal is to help students master the skills of correctly pronouncing the bow with their right hand and improve the level of playing the cello. But both Chinese and Russian teaching methods have their own unique advantages and features. For aspiring musicians, the most important thing is to find a learning method that suits them.
