Indicators of presence and conditions to reduce the shadow sector in the mining sector in Zabaikalsky Krai
Abstract
The article assesses the development of the mining industry of Zabaikalsky Krai for the period from 2017 to 2021. The article provides a comparative analysis of statistical indicators of mineral extraction by constituent entities of the Russian Federation included in the Far Eastern Federal District and reveals indicators of the shadow sector in the mining industry of Zabaikalsky Krai. The volume of underproduction shipment was estimated; and conditions for reducing the shadow sector in the mining industry of Zabaikalsky Krai were determined.

Forest resources of the Trans-Baikal Territory and modern problems of their illegal use
Abstract
The article is devoted to regional problems of shadow circulation of forest resources. Examples of illegal activities in the sphere of relations on the use of the forest fund are given in accordance with the specifics of the socio-economic region, as well as in accordance with the availability of natural resources and the features of its development determined by them. The analysis of statistical data on the level of use of the forest fund in the region by types of activities is given. The composition of the region's forest resources by land categories is presented and analyzed. Examples of illegal use of the region's forest resources in various fields of activity are presented.

Legal regulation of labour migration in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most important problems of the modern world: external labour migration. The relevance of the topic and national science aimed at studying the theoretical and fundamental basis of such a legal phenomenon as labour migration are revealed. The regulatory framework of labor migration has been studied. Proposals to improve the legislative framework of Uzbekistan are made.
