Аннотация
The article gives a description of the state of crime in the fishing industry in Russia, analyzes measures aimed at its decriminalization, including preventive measures of a legal, organizational and operational-investigative nature. The foreign experience of regulation of this sector of the economy is considered. The advantages of operational-investigative prevention of crimes in this area are analyzed.
