Abstract
Based on the definition of politics given by Aristotle such a variety of politics as a policy contrary to law is considered. The instruments of regulating the sphere of national security in practice are sometimes regulated by illegal measures. The totality of these measures is defined in the article as a non-legal policy. Non-legal policy has two specific kids: the one that correspond to national interests and the one that contradicts them. The search for ways to minimize illegal politics is the main idea of the article.
