Abstract
This article discusses international relations in the face of new security threats and their solutions. Specialists in the field of international problems agree that the effective development of the state within the framework of a closed national economy is impossible in the conditions of modern global processes. Only interaction with other subjects of the world system can provide any country with the conditions that are essential for progress and cooperation with other states.
