Author Guidelines
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- This material has not been previously published and has not been submitted for review and publication in another journal (or it explained in the Editor's Comments).
- The file with the material is presented in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word or RTF document format.
- For links, where it is possible, are provided full Internet addresses (URL).
- Line spacing of text is dual; a 14 point font size is used; italics is used for highlighting, not underlining (except URLS); all illustrations, graphs and tables are signed (there is a title, not just Fig. 1 and Tab. 1) and are located in the appropriate places in the text, and not at the end of the document.
- Text is compliance with stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in Author's Guide, which can be found on page about journal.
- It is necessary to have a name, abstract, authors with scientific degrees and organizations with addresses, a funding organization (in the case of funding their work), keywords, bibliography in Russian and English (or transliteration).
- In the bibliography there are any references to sources present in the text.
- The data used in the article are fully cited in the text of the article or given in the bibliography.
Author Guidelines
We recommend apply the following rules when writing articles for the journal "Vestnik of the Russian agricultural science":
- Send materials to the editorial office by vrsn@vestnik-rsn.ru e-mail with the decision of the Institute (institution) senate about the possibility for the publishing of the presented research work and signed license agreement.
- The article should not be more than 15 double-spaced pages of computerized typesetting (Word 2000) with signed figures and tables. It is necessary to specify scientific degrees of authors, organization address with zip code and country (for example, Russian Federation).
- Drawings (graphic material) and photographs should be implemented on electronic media ("CorelDraw", "PhotoShop", "AdobeIllustrator").
- Formulas, symbols in the text should be entered clearly, electronically (formula editor version is 3.01), avoid cumbersome designations.
- It is desirable to determine article’s index by Universal decimal classification (UDC)
- It is necessary to translate into English scientific degrees of authors, the name of the organization, and transliterate address.
- List of references (no more than 15 titles) put at the end of the article alphabetically in Russian, at first domestic authors, then – foreign, with appropriate references in the text, through two slashes it is necessary to transliterate authors names and the title of the article.
- Surname and initials of the first author separate by commas, and then specify the name of the book or article, work, and through slash the initials and surnames of the first and other authors, using two backslashes, the name of the journal or other periodical publication, year, number, pages; for books – full title, publishing house, year of publishing, number of pages. References to manuscripts are not allowed. In the bibliography, it is desirable to have a minimum of self-citations, the presence of foreign sources is welcome.
- To the article write abstract in volume of 1000-2000 printed characters (200-250 words) in Russian and English.
- Keywords in Russian and English are required. In the case of describing regional specifics, the region should also be a keyword.
- The publication is fee, the price is negotiable. Payment available by Bank transfer and cash.
- Please, specify your postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers in contacts.
Each author is presented with 1 copy of the journal free of charge.
The Journal is sent via subscription only, and it is not intended for retail.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the Publisher exclusive license to first publication.
- Authors are able to distribute the manuscript and/or the article in accordance with Self-Archiving policy of the journal (see details).
- The manuscript can be accepted for publication only by decision of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial board of the journal in accordance with the Manuscript stelection policy of the journal (see details).
- Published Article will be distributed in print and electronic version and will be available online by Subscription or in Open Access at the discretion of the Publisher.
An exclusive license for publication granted by authors allows the publisher to use the article in the following ways:

- making the Article available to the public in a way that any person may gain access to the Article from any place and at any time out of preference;
- reprocessing of the Article by translating it into any languages at the Licensee's option, and using the reprocessed (translated) Article in the above ways.
Other rights not directly transferred to the publisher under this License Agreement, including patent rights to any process, method etc., described by the Authors in the manuscript, as well as trademark rights, are reserved for the Authors.
All the Copyright statements for authors are present in the Standart Publishing Agreement to Publish an Article. The Agreement filled in and signed by authors should be upload to the Publisher within the all other files accompainged a manuscript when submitting.
