Author Guidelines
Requirements for manuscripts
The authors of an article about an original study should provide reliable results of the work done and an objective discussion of the significance of the study. The work should contain sufficient details and bibliographic references for possible reproduction. False or knowingly erroneous statements are perceived as unethical behavior and unacceptable.
Reviews and scientific articles should also be accurate and objective.
Plagiarism in all forms is unethical and unacceptable.
Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time is perceived as unethical behavior and unacceptable.
Recognition of primary sources. It is always necessary to recognize the contribution of others. Authors should refer to publications that are relevant to the performance of the submitted work. Data obtained privately, for example, during a conversation, correspondence or in the process of discussion with third parties, should not be used or presented without the explicit written permission of the original source.
The authors of the publication can only be persons who have made a significant contribution to the work idea formation, the development, execution or interpretation of the presented research. All those who have made significant contributions should be designated as Co-authors.
If the work involves the use of chemical products, procedures or equipment, the operation of which may involve any unusual risk, the author should clearly indicate this in the manuscript.
All authors are required to disclose in their manuscripts financial or other existing conflicts of interest that may be perceived as having influenced the results or conclusions presented in the work. Potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed as early as possible (employment, consulting, joint-stock ownership, receiving royalties, providing expert opinion, patent application or patent registration, grants and other financial support).
If the Author discovers significant errors or inaccuracies in the publication, the Author must inform the Editor of the Scientific Agronomy Journal and interact with the Editor in order to withdraw the publication as soon as possible or correct errors.
The article is submitted to the Editorial Board of the Scientific Agronomy Journal are sent electronically to e-mail: nwzhurnal@mail.ru in the .doc or .docx format. The material for publication is typed with the settings: margins – 2 cm, style is normal, font Times New Roman, font size 14, line spacing 1.5, hyphenation is automatic. The paragraph indentation is the same in whole text: 1.25 cm. The limit on the number of figures and tables is no more than eight.
Tables and diagrams are executed in the MS Word software (not in figures, editable), numbered if there are more than one and arranged according to the meaning of the text of the article. The physical, chemical, technical, mathematical terms, units of measurement and symbols used in articles should be generally accepted. The dimension of all values accepted in the articles must correspond to the International System of Units of Measurement (SI). Photos are provided electronically in .jpg or .tif format. Formulas are written in the standard MS Word formula editor: font – Times New Roman; regular size – 12pt.
The volume of the scientific article is 6-15 pages of typewritten text.
The report of checking the uniqueness of the text of the article using one of the online systems: www.text.ru or www.antiplagiat.ru. The acceptable percentage of uniqueness is set at 75%.
The article should contain the following information:
*Title of the article;
*Information about the authors
– full name, surname, patronymic;
– the place of work of each author;
– contact information (e-mail) for each author.
*The abstract should contain 150-250 words, includes: relevance of the research topic, problem statement, research aims and methods, results and key conclusions;
*Keywords – no more than 10 words/phrases;
Thematic rubricator: UDC, or other library and bibliographic classification and subject indexes;
Bibliographic list of references (only in the original language).
The items marked with * are provided in Russian and English languages.
The text of the article should contain mandatory sections:
Introduction (here the achievements of science in this field are indicated, the purpose of research is determined);
Materials and methods of research (object and place of research, method of execution, technique of carried out experiments);
Results and their discussion
Conclusions.
Bibliographic list of references (only in the original language).
The bibliographic list is given after the text of the article. All links in the list are sequentially numbered alphabetically and placed in the text in square brackets. Link design: the full names of all authors are separated by commas, followed by the title of the work, journal; single and double slashes ( / and // ) are always separated by spaces; categories of output data (publisher, number, issue, volume, pages) are separated by dots. If the source has a DOI, it must be specified at the end of the link.
The link to the source in the text of the article is given in the form of the corresponding number in square brackets. The number of sources in serial links should be no more than three, for example, [2, 6, 9].
The share of references to sources older than 10 years should not exceed 30% of the list of references, in review articles – 15%.
The share of references to the authors' own publications should not exceed 10-12% of the list of references. The citation of the works of any one author who is not part of the author's team of the manuscript should also not exceed 15%.
References to textbooks, study guides, dissertation abstracts, reports, deposited manuscripts are not accepted. References to the materials of conferences, congresses, consultations and dissertations older than 2 years are also not accepted.
The link to the electronic resource should lead directly to the cited document, and not to the main page of the site. If the journal is published only in electronic form, we issue a link in the form of a link to an electronic resource.
References to GOST standards are indicated in the text of the manuscript in parentheses after the name or brief description of the method.
References to techniques and methods published more than 10 years ago are made in the form of an in-text bibliographic reference and are highlighted in italics. Information is also provided in the methodological section from reference books and sources that do not have authors, regardless of the date of publication, for example, (List of pesticides ... edition, no. ..., year).
Making a list of references in English
All lists of cited literature in the journal are translated/transliterated into English.
Transliteration must be performed using the BSI system.
It is necessary to indicate the transliteration of the name in italics, and the translation of the name in square brackets.
All published articles and other materials are posted on the Internet on the website of the database of the Scientific Electronic Library (SEL) www.elibrary.ru and https://cyberleninka.ru /
The authors are legally and otherwise responsible for the facts and research results provided.
