Digitalization of control activities in the state regulation to ensure uniformity of measurements
Аннотация
The article provides an overview of information systems elements and information about mandatory requirements related to federal state metrological control. Analysis of mandatory requirements showed no relationship with mandatory metrological requirements establishing the boundaries of state regulation.

Informativnosti determinations parameter by acoustic flap object
Аннотация
The article presents the results of studies of the informativeness of determining the parameters of acoustic fields of objects by measuring or monitoring them. It is substantiated that the informativeness of determining the parameters of acoustic fields of objects under operating conditions depends on the measurement error and the reliability of monitoring the parameters in the area of propagation of acoustic fields. It is shown that the informativeness of determining the parameters of acoustic fields of objects is of current importance for ensuring the effectiveness of protecting objects from speech information leakage, acoustic secrecy and acoustic detection of objects. The article presents generalized information on the developed recommendations for improving and developing methods and means for measuring (monitoring) the parameters of acoustic fields of objects.

Time-frequency measurements
Frequency synchronization of base stations of modern wireless digital communication networks over fiber-optic communication lines
Аннотация
The reasons for the deterioration of communication quality in wireless digital communication networks of the 4G generation and higher due to time-frequency synchronization violations when using electronic warfare equipment are considered. A method of temporary synchronization of base stations of existing and prospective wireless communication networks is proposed, and an experiment on temporary synchronization of geographically separated objects using time signal distribution equipment is described.

The Method of the calibration aircraft lazer coordinate-measuring scanning systems, on base of the use the three-dimensional master buildings ("test-object")
Аннотация
He article proposes a method for calibrating aviation laser coordinate measuring scanning systems based on the use of three-dimensional reference structures ("test objects"). The purpose of the calibration is to reduce the measurement error of high-precision aviation laser coordinate measuring scanning systems in terms of determining the coordinates of reflection points and measuring the geometric dimensions of ground objects. The developed method makes it possible to reduce the measurement error of aviation scanning systems by values from 10 to 30%, depending on the flight altitude.
