本文介绍远程医疗检查的各个方面。作者考虑了哈萨克斯坦共和国和外国关于医疗检查和远程侦查行动程序规范问题的刑事诉讼规则。此外，作者还考虑了医学领域关于研究这一主题的科学出版物。

在研究有关这一主题的文献时，作者注意到科学家们关于进行医疗检查的问题、进行该检查中出现的问题的研究，以及描述远程医疗检查个案的出版物。同时，作者想指出，目前还没有一部综合全面的包括行动算法、以远程形式进行检查的法律依据以及进行本检查的实用优势在内的研究。

考虑到科学研究的总结以及对国内外相关法规的分析，作者提出了一种在线形式的医疗检查算法。文中对远程医疗检查进行了SWOT分析。作者指出了引入远程医疗检查制度的优点和缺点，同时还考虑了将其引入实践的趋势和风险。

在对国家医疗检查机制进行分析，以及研究和改写国外有关该问题的立法规范的基础上，作者提出了改进医疗检查步骤的建议。拟议的远程医疗检查算法将有助于解决一系列实际问题。它将大大提高生产效率。
