研究现实性:大多数情况下,骨盆区域的各种损伤都需要对损伤的性质、机制和状况进行法医评估。然而,到目前为止,还没有专门的分段方法来研究骨盆和会阴区域。只有 K.I. Khizhnyakova 提出了一种方法,用于在疑似流产的情况下检查女性生殖器官。因此,对交通事故、任何物体伤害、性犯罪、医源性伤害等发生在该领域的伤害和病理现象的案件,制定专门的断层法医学研究具有重要意义。

该研究的目的是开发用于骨盆和会阴法医检查的标准化截面方法。

研究材料和方法。在确认死亡后12小时内,对10具老年人和老年人尸体(5具男性尸体和5具女性尸体)进行了技术测试。

结果。研究骨盆和会阴的三种新的分段方法已经开发出来:1)会阴区域器官复合体的分离方法。允许对小骨盆的器官复合体和尸体的会阴区域进行专家研究,同时保持器官和组织的地形和解剖关系; 2)一种突出会阴部肌肉的方法。设计用于对骨盆膈肌、肌间空间和/或组织取样进行组织学检查的视觉检查; 3)一种进入会阴中心和加强它的肌肉的方法。目的研究泌尿外科或产科会阴和盆底肌肉。

结论。建议在人的骨盆和会阴部疑似受伤和各种起源的病理过程的情况下进行分段法医检查。这些方法在技术执行上很简单,包括对体重较大的尸体进行专家研究,不需要复杂的技能和特殊设备。
