Abstract
The article describes the events when due to the strict law provisions any property's transfer, does not consist an unjust enrichment and couldn't reclaimed; researches basic reasons of such inability to reclaim; and analyses if such provisions compare with ground aims of the institution of acquisition and preservation of property without the sufficient legal ground.
