International legal organization of Russian Federation and neighboring countries national boundaries

The author examines the issue of national safety which is burning for Russia as well as for all international community. The author points out that the systems of national security of foreign countries are based on specific set of national interests and goals. To achieve these goals different forms of control must be implemented: parliamentary, civil, military-administrative ones. The author analyses main international treaties and agreements that play a key role in the system of national safety.
