DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY AS THE CONDITION OF NEOINDUSTRIALIZATION (EVIDENCE FROM PERM KRAI ECONOMY)

Author has analyzed innovative activity of regional. It has been considered the Russian and foreign scientists approaches to the concept of ‘innovative activity’. It has been estimated level of financing of regional scientific and technological sphere, carried out the comparative analysis of Perm krai and territorial entities of the RF. Author has concluded that Perm krai has high place for the financial support of regional researchers. The result of the correlation analysis of the influence of the domestic expenditure on research and development of GRP has revealed that research & development costs have the impact on generalized macroeconomic indicator with the lag of three years. It has presented the deterrent to innovative activity in the region. It has determined the direction of the regional economic policy in the context of the innovative activity raising in industry.
