Abstract
The peculiarities of Moscow office real estate market evolution are analyzed. The description of the market and the activity of resident and international investment companies are presented in the article. There're also analyzed the features of Moscow office real estate types and given the most important investment projects of the market. The article contains the prospects of market development for coming years.
