Cluster Concept of Economy Innovation Development: Substantiation and Realization Mechanism

Resumo

The theoretical bases of cluster concept in the innovation development of economy; the comparative analysis of innovation activity in the Republic of Belarus and Russia has been carried out; a mechanism of speeding the innovation activity of clusters and their subjects including the methods of the institutional ensuring of cluster approach has been developed (the system of public and collective administration of clustering process); the measures of economic motivation of network cooperation in science and education as well as the methods of clusters' investment activity motivation which will ensure expansion of the sources of financing innovations have been suggested.
