To Problem of the Overcoming of Institutional Traps in the International Practice of Natural-Resource Potential Estimation

Abstract

Problems of the natural riches account, observed in such resources provided countries as Russia and Norway are considered in article. The author considers resource curse as an inconsistency institutional systems of ecology-economic relations in these countries. Such institutional traps, formed in resource management sphere, objectively cause an aggravation of contradictions in systems of ecology-economic relations and interfere with sustainable development achievement.
