Problems of economic development of the modernized economy of Russia

The paper considers the problem of the relationship of economic growth and economic development of Russia. The dynamics of GDP growth does not always affect the qualitative development of the economic system. In economic development it is important not generally produce a certain amount of GDP, and to seek the formation of an efficient economic structure. On the basis of economic analysis in the work is formed the concept of the need to increase economic growth and identified economic modernization priorities related to the qualitative transition to new technologies.
