Integration processes in the CIS system of higher professional education

The main directions and trends in the development of integration processes in the higher education system in the Commonwealth of Independent States. The paper identifies the main problems of socio-economic and socio-cultural adaptation of students from the Commonwealth of Independent States in Russia, as well as problems of universities, which arise in connection with the training of foreign students and require priority solutions. Considered strategy of labor behavior of college graduates in terms of integration processes in the field of higher education, and provides recommendations for improving policies promote Russian education and training to attract migrants from Commonwealth of Independent States countries in Russia.
