Political ethics as the foundation of a new political doctrine

Abstract

The article examines the key issue of political ethics: relation between morality and policy in the context of the concept of discourse ethics. Political ethics is presented as a universal discipline, which is the element that contributes to the formation of a fundamentally new moral consciousness of the society, increase of level of political culture and democracy in the country.
