Ethics of higher school (the example of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia)

Abstract

The article analyses basic values and main ethical principles of the contemporary university using an example of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The notions of professionalism, professional duty and professional responsibility are considered as the criteria of a moral evaluation of labour activity of academics.
