Resumo

The following article reviews some syntactic features of reflexive and possessive (genitive) pronouns in Shahmirzadi dialect and compares them with those of Persian and Russian pronouns. Studies on reflexive and genitive pronouns in this dialect illustrate that the genitive-reflexive pronoun xosh has syntactic features similar to Russian pronoun свой. The features are viewed in Persian reflexive pronouns too, but unlike Shahmirzadi or Russian it is not invariable in modern Persian language.
