Связь показателей перфекционизма и когнитивных компонентов профессиональных навыков спортсменов

Аннотация
Для достижения высоких целей в спорте важны не только двигательные, но и когнитивные навыки. Однако на формирование когнитивных компонентов спортивной деятельности могут оказывать влияние особенности личности, например такая многомерная черта, как перфекционизм. Цель исследования - изучение взаимосвязи различных параметров перфекционизма и когнитивного компонента навыка в спорте. Выборку составили 311 спортсменов от 14 до 32 лет (M = 19,5; SD = 2,03). Для диагностики перфекционизма применялись многомерная шкала перфекционизма в спорте и трехфакторный опросник перфекционизма; для диагностики метакогнитивной включенности - опросник метакогнитивной включенности в деятельность; частота использования мысленных образов определялась с помощью опросника мысленных образов в спорте. Показано, что спортсмены с более выраженным перфекционизмом способны лучше осознавать и оценивать свою деятельность, они могут точнее замечать ошибки и чаще использовать мысленные образы в процессе тренировки. Проведение серии регрессионных анализов продемонстрировало, что такие параметры перфекционизма, как «высокие личностные стандарты» и «организация режима», влияют на частоту использования когнитивных и мотивационных образов, а также на метакогнитивную включенность в деятельность у спортсменов. Таким образом, перфекционизм имеет значимое влияние на различные параметры когнитивного компонента сформированности навыка, что в свою очередь может оказывать влияние на результативность спортсмена на тренировках и соревнованиях.
