Abstract
The article is devoted to research of administrative reform in context of influence of its results on conditions of interaction of the population with the state apparatus.
In the article are analyzed the problems of existence in Russian Federation of administrative barriers and opportunities of their restriction by introduction of the administrative rules, increase of quality of state services, creation of informational centers.
