Abstract
The article analyzes the process of formation of the institute of representations of regional interests in modern Russia.
In the article are considered mechanisms of upholding of regional interests, dynamics of mutual relations between the Centre and regions, and also the stages of development of regional interests in conditions of formation of the Russian state are analyzed.
