Abstract
Despite of common processes of world democratization the military-civic relations gain urgent actuality. The article deals with the analysis of the role of armed forces as a specific factor in Eastern countries, where coup has taken place (Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Sudan, Alger, Indonesia, Madagascar, Nigeria etc.).
