Stages of Development of the Theory of Public Sector

Abstract

Strengthening of general integration, interdependence at all levels: world, regional and individual shows new public requirements and, as a result, problems, contradictions in which permission the defining role is allocated for the sphere of production of the public benefits. It should be noted that still there is no uniform, officially approved classification of the public benefits which most fully would meet requirements of researches in this sector of economy.
