Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of political views of Karl Jaspers, famous German existentialist of the XXth century. His historical concept based on traditional for Russians approach of line and advanced development of the world history is the most popular in Russia. In European discourse Jaspers is represented as the first theoretician proved the idea of globalization. His political views were formed under the influence of the two world wars.
