Аннотация
The paper presents the results of a study of the functional status of organism of teachers of various age and practical experienced groups. It shows the difference in psychophysiological status and vegetative support of organism with focus on compensatory adaptation.

Effect of acute focal ischemia on the thermal balance of the brain
Аннотация
Heat balance of homoiothermic animals allows significant physiological deviation from the preset settings “set point” centers of hypothalamic regulation despite of the difficult-organised system of its maintenance. In other words, the warm-blooded organism normally has thermal heterogeneity. With the development of pathological states, accompanied by fever and increasing of body temperature, temperature heterogeneity is changing. The origin of these changes is rarely the subject of special studies, because the algorithm of the diagnosis is usually considered as an assessment of basal temperature in one department thermal “center” only. However, the increase of the temperature of the brain in patients with cerebral accidents does not always correspond to the changes in basal body temperature, which can lead to the underestimation of local hyperthermia of the brain in traditional thermomonitoring. Anatomical, functional and metabolic features create the special conditions of maintenance of the cerebral temperature balance in comparison with the conditions of regulation of temperature of the heat “center”.

Properties of the left ventricular myocardium structure in experimental acute diphtheria intoxication
Аннотация
Diphtheria is considered to be vaccine-preventable disease due to organized immunization programmes. However there are still endemic regions of diphtheria, whence reports of mortal cases are coming. Most of deaths are caused by cardiotoxic effect of diphtheria toxin. Structural changes of left ventricular myocardium were investigated on a model of acute diffuse diphtheria intoxication. It was found that the most significant inflammatory signs manifest on the 5 th day of the experiment which is confirmed by profound infiltrative-degenerative changes of the myocardium.

Features violation of rhythm and conductivity of heart at sharp poisoning of cardiotoxycal substances
Аннотация
Work is devoted to the most difficult poisoning with complications in the form of rhythm and conduction disorders. 128 patients with acute poisoning with cardiotoxic substances, admitted to the toxicological center, were investigated. The first group included 52 patients who took medications suppressing the automaticity and conduction of the heart and leading to the most severe disturbances of rhythm and conduction: cardiac glycosides - 8, b-adrenoblocators - 8, verapamil - 6 and clonidine - 30 patients. The second group of 23 patients with the poisoning by the water and spirit tincture of hellebore providing a reflex effect on the chemoreceptors and cause more light violations of rhythm and conduction disturbances. The third group of 25 patients with trycyclyc antidepressants (TADs) having a cholynolytyc effect and inducing stimulating of automatism and excitability of the heart. The fourth group (28 patients) included phosphororganic insecticides (PHOI) with antycholynesteraze action suppressing the heart automatism and conductivity. Violations of rhythm and conductivity of the heart in case of poisoning with cardiotoxic substances often manifested in the form of bradyarrhythmias. The exception is a tricyclic antidepressant poisoning. In somatogenic phase of acute poisoning with cardiotoxic substances with a favorable outcome rhythm and cardiac conduction disturbances disappeared, indicating their functional character.

The role of fetal proteins in the pathogenesis of development of brain edema in patients with ischemic stroke
Аннотация
The aim of the study was to determine the role of fetal proteins AFP, CEA, CA 19-9, CA 125, CA 15-3, CA 72-4, CYFRA 21-1 in the pathogenesis of the development of clinically significant brain edema in patients with ischemic stroke. It is established that the level of CA 15-3 had the statistical significance of the impact on the development of brain edema, OR was 1,058 (95%CI 1,011-1,107, p = 0.015). The threshold value of CA 15-3 for the development of brain edema was 21,0 (95%CI 18,7-23,3) IU/ml. Reference interval for CA 15-3 in this study was 6,53 of 22.2 IU/ml. Increasing of the level of CA 15-3 above the 90 th percentile of the reference interval was interrelated with the risk of brain edema. This can be explained by the participation of CA 15-3, located mainly on the epithelial cells, in intercellular interactions cells of the blood-brain barrier, the violation of which leads to the development of vasogenic brain edema.

Clinical particularies of schizophrenia paranoic comorbid to diabetes militan
Аннотация
Studied clinical features of paranoid schizophrenia in patients with diabetes mellitus, since the clinical picture and the mutual impact of these diseases on each other have not been studied sufficiently and now there is a need for optimization of methods of pharmacotherapy and development of a new model of medical care to this group of patients. This problem is especially actual taking into account the wide use of atypical antipsychotics, which may contribute to the development of diabetes, in addition, according to the literature, schizophrenia often (8,8-18%) combined with diabetes.

Аннотация
The study dayly and seasonal rhythm of the factors the analysis variance EKG opens the new possibilities for not invasive study of the processes on cardiometabolic level to organizations of the alive system. The material for the first time introduce in publications on monitoring factors dispertion mapping of ECG-signal. The most important result of the study was a discovery dayly and seasonal rhythm of the factors DM ECG beside sound persons.

Prognostic value of blood flow in prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with urine retention
Аннотация
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is the most frequent disease among middle and old aged men. The purpose of our study is to assess the efficiency of diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) without complications and with urine retention. Transrectal sonography was performed in 77 patients with BPH. The estimation of blood flow in patients of main group performed with transrectal ultrasound with Doppler. The speed of blood flow measured in subcapsular and paraurethral arteries with estimation of diameter and speed of vein drain in the paraprostatic veins. Transrectal sonography showed the changes in the prostatic blood-flow especially in case of urine retention. Transrectal ultrsonography playys an important role in the evaluation of the prostatic blood-flow.

Immunogenetic markers for ulcerative colitis in adult population of moscow region
Аннотация
The article presents the results of the study of the genetic polymorphism of HLA-antigens in 65 adult patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) living in Moscow region. It was found that certain groups of HLA alleles are associated with the pathogenesis of UC. Immunogenetic factors of predisposition and sustainability to this disease depending on gender and age were revealed. The relationship of immunogenetic factors with clinical forms of the disease, course of the UC and response to therapy with glucocorticoids were shown.

Presents the results of the use of Bivalirudin in actual practice in patients with acute coronary syndrome during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Demonstrated high efficiency of Bivalirudin in the amount of bleeding occurring in the postoperative period and adverse cardiovascular complications.

Comparsion of cervical mucus fertile properties and endocervical epithelium ultrastructure in patients with urogenital infections
Аннотация
The fertile properties of cervical mucus and the ultrastructure of endocervical epithelium were studied in 50 reproductive-aged women with cervical ectopia and previous history of chlamydial cervicitis (group 1), in 50 patients with ectopia and papillomavirus infection (group 2) and in 30 patients with ectopia without the papillomavirus infection and the history of previous chlamydial infection (a comparison group). A control group consisted of 30 healthy women of reproductive age. It was ascertained that 34% of females of the fist and 40% of the second groups with two-phase menstrual cycle had the altered physicobiological properties of cervical mucus. The detected impairments of cervical mucus are associated with the ultrastructural changes in the cervical epithelium.

Contribution of low weight births to annual reproductive losses
Аннотация
The work is devoted to reproductive losses of children born with body weight up to 2500 g according to WHO criteria for 2012-2013. Changes in registration of births promoted growth of preterm infants that led to the increase in their contribution to the volume of reproductive losses.

Electromyographic study on the functional state of mastication and temporal muscles in muscular-joint dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint associated with malocclusion
Аннотация
Patients aged 20-35 years with muscular-joint dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint associated with occlusion disorders were examined. Electromyography of the muscles of mastication and temporal region in the state of rest and an excessive load on the teeth showed increase in functional activity. Particular attention to bioelectrical activity changes is required for planning treatment strategy.

The effects of new pharmaceutical composition containing Epigallocatechin-3-Gallate (EGCG) to inhibit methylation of the tumor supressor genes in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia
Аннотация
Purpose: to develop preventive measures and reasonable therapy of pathological processes in the cervix uteri based on detection of methylation of tumor suppressor genes and groups at high-risk of cancer among patients of reproductive age with benign and premalignant cervical processes. Effectiveness of complex pathogenetic treatment of the cervix uteri has been evaluated in 127 women of reproductive age with benign and premalignant cervical processes before and after the combined treatment with a pharmaceutical composition containing active substance epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Shown that pharmaceutical composition containing EGCG contributes demethylation of the tumor suppressor genes that confirm powerful oncoprotector action in treating precancerous lesions. One year after the complex combined therapy (including surgery) with pharmaceutical composition containing EGCG, recurrent cervical pathological processes have not been detected in patients with benign lesions, CIN I and CIN II.

The medico-social characteristic of the citizens enlisting on the contract (on the example of the Orenburg region)
Аннотация
The article presents the results of an anonymous survey of 850 citizens of the Orenburg region wishing to volunteer for military service under contract in the Armed Forces of Russia. Found that persons aged 19-25 years (72%) who have graduated from specialized secondary schools or 11 classes of secondary schools prevailed. At the time of entering on military service under the contract 78,6% of respondents were unemployed and only 47,5% of respondents answered positively to the question “the military service under the contract - it’s my calling”.
