Abstract
The article presents the comparative analysis of gestation course, labour of 850 women and the condition of their newborns depending on the received extent and quality of medical aid during dynamic monitoring in female consultation. Direct correlation between quality of medical aid, peculiarities of gestation course, labour outcomes and the condition of newborns is revealed.
