Проблематика статей и специфика творческого стиля иракского публициста Рафаэля Бутти

Аннотация
Публицист и редактор Рафаэль Бутти (Raphael Butti) - один из пионеров иракской общественно-политической журналистики. Изучение 400 статей его авторства с 1920 по 1956 год показало, что преобладающим направлением его творчества, импульсом к писательской деятельности было стремление пропагандировать и развивать в Ираке демократические институты. Проблематика публикаций была связана с необходимостью свободы выбора, с гендерным равноправием, свободой слова и печати, повышением уровня образованности личности. Применив методы проблемно-тематического, лексико-стилистического и сравнительно-сопоставительного анализа статей Рафаэля Бутти, авторы выявили, что практически все его статьи пронизаны темой патриотизма, отражают его широкий кругозор. При этом обнаружена относительная скудость языка и творческого стиля иракского публициста, что выражено, в частности, в ограниченном использовании средств художественной выразительности. Рафаэль Бутти ориентируется прежде всего на интеллектуальное просветительство, компенсируя недостаток эмоциональных посылов длинными аналитическими фразами, объемными абзацами, пространными заголовками.
