Геноцид советского народа в германской оккупационной политике: цивилизационный ракурс «войны на уничтожение»

Аннотация

Рассматриваются исторические основания оценки политики Германии и ее союзников на оккупированной территории СССР в качестве геноцида советского народа. Ключевым методом исследования являлось соотнесение эмпирического материала массовых злодеяний и планов нацистов с определениями «Конвенции о предупреждении преступления геноцида и наказании за него», принятой резолюцией Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН 1948 г. Новизна постановки проблемы состоит в утверждении тезиса о геноциде против советского народа как целостной цивилизационной общности. Приводятся аргументы целесообразности и достоверности утверждения о факте геноцида не только в этническом, но и цивилизационном ракурсах. Сформулированные в статье подходы могут внести потенциальный вклад в принятие положения о геноциде советского народа и ответственности за него на законодательном уровне Российской Федерации.
