Abstract
In clause definition of the natural rent - as additional income (superprofit) is considered. On the basis of research of modern techniques of an estimation of the natural rent methodological approaches to an estimation of the natural rent in oil-and-gas sector are formulated. The Russian oil companies do not direct investment incomes for prospecting works and do not provide a corresponding gain of stocks.
