Abstract
The paper reveals the theoretical foundations of research innovation potential of the industrial enterprise. The analysis of dynamics of innovative processes in Russia is given and strategic priorities of innovative and technological development are allocated. The possible ways of solving the problem of transformation of the Russian economy in innovation economy are considered. We believe the innovative structure as a basis for ensuring the innovation process in Russia.
