Editorial Policies
Aims and Scope
The key topics addressed include theoretical linguistics, comparative, areal linguistics and linguistic typology, the Russian language and other languages of the Russian Federation, as well as language acquisition, history of linguistics, sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics, linguistic pragmatics. The journal is aimed at specialists in the field of linguistics: researchers, postgraduate students, and students.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to the journal is sent to one or several reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board. When choosing reviewers, the conflict of interests is avoided (reviewers should not be affiliated with the same institution as the author or have published papers in collaboration with the author during the last five years). Each author receives at least one review (or a substantiated refusal).
Open Access Policy
The journal's website provides open access to the full-text version of articles immediately after the publication of the new issue. Access is open to all users, articles are available for downloading in PDF format. At the request of the authors, a paper author's copy is provided.
